Our easy and affordable shipping/pick-up process has been setup with you in mind. Therefore, customers have the option to pick their method of shipping/pick-up during check-out. The HSDirect staff diligently works to find the best and most affordable shipping method for your purchase. Below you will find the various options that may be available for your order.
IN-STORE PICK-UP: Most items are available for pick-up from our HSDirect Distribution & Design center located in Houston at no additional cost to you.
STANDARD RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY:  This is curbside delivery and the customer must be home for a standard delivery. The customer will be responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck. The driver will set the merchandise at the end of the truck bed from which the customer will be responsible for unloading. HSDirect recommends having someone to assist you because the drivers are not permitted to unload the shipment from the truck due to liability issues.
LIFT GATE RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY:  This option is similar to the standard residential shipping option above, however, this includes the added feature of a lift gate. In this option the driver will be permitted to lower the merchandise via a hydraulic lift gate to the curbside or driveway. The customer will still be responsible for offloading the merchandise to its designated area. This option is limited to certain areas. If by chance you choose this option and it is not available in your area HSDirect customer service will contact you and refund the difference between the lift gate delivery option and standard delivery shipping option.
ECONOMY DELIVER OPTION:  This delivery option is also know as terminal delivery. This option is one of the most affordable options available. It allows for the customer to pick-up their merchandise from the nearest terminal. These are 3rd party carrier hubs and/or manufacturer distribution sites. The terminal that your merchandise is shipped to will be determined by the zip code provided during your checkout. Normally, these sites will be located between 1-50 miles away from your job site. Once an order has been placed, HSDirect customer service will contact you regarding your terminal location and tracking information for your order. Upon arrival to the terminal, your merchandise will be fork lifted into your vehicle. If at any point you would like to request a different shipping method you will be responsible for any additional fees and/or costs associated with re-assigning your shipment.
