Merchandise is only sold by the product name and/or particular SKU #, and is not sold in respect to batch or lot numbers. Variation in color between pieces, boxes and pallets are common and should be expected.

Any manufacturer?s implied pre-installation replacement warranty is between the consumer and the manufacturer. Homes Surfaces Direct will only assist you in any claims based upon warranty defects in material sold. However, it is up to the customer to handle all claims directly with the manufacturer. You will be responsible for any additional fees and costs associated with questionable material and shipment.

Any Merchandise that has been installed is deemed accepted by the consumer.

When installing flooring products inter-mix merchandise from 4-5 different cartons during installation for a better color mix within the layout. In addition, HSDirect recomms you allow wood/laminate flooring to acclimate for 3-5 days prior to its installation. |

Home Surfaces Direct does not guarantee the order will match sample color exactly. Some variance is normal. Natural Stone, Wood and laminate is expected to have significant variation in color, pattern and graining. |

Orders from mills may take four (4) weeks or more for delivery. Sometimes mills let us down. However, we will do all we can to satisfy you. An account representative will be in touch with you to keep you updated. |

Once a shipment is received by the customer, customer waives the right to stopping payment via check or credit card. |
